Douglas Keller is the Technical Lead, Pipe – Americas for Equistar Chemical’s Pipe Resins.  After receiving his bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he has worked in various product development and technical service areas for Equistar Chemicals and its predecessor companies for over 29 years.  He holds two U.S. Patents for additive improvements to PP and PE resins. Doug is an active member of AGA-PMC, ASME, ASTM, ISO and PPI. He has presented at the Society of Plastic Engineer’s Annual Technical Conference and at several Plastic Pipes conferences. He has also served on the organizing committee for Plastic Pipes XVI to XXI. He currently is Chairman of the Board of the Plastics Pipe Institute.
